Share whether the pool is green, cloudy, or mostly fine; approximate size if known; indoor or outdoor; and who will provide access. Photos of the water surface, waterline, and equipment pad help us prepare chemicals and time on site.
Compound security rules and quiet hours matter—mention them early. If you need party-prep timing, give the event date so we can schedule polish before guests arrive.
